How to make a healthy breakfast. Different tips and ingredients.

1) Tofu scrambled. Healthier than scrambled eggs. Add some onions, green peppers or other vegetables, light soy sauce, some tamari, black pepper, maybe with a little olive oil. Eat with whole-grain toast. Fast and delicious.


2) fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal. Get low-fat yogurt (not fat free, as they often have too much sugar) or soy milk, cut some fruit, add some healthy cereals without fats and sugars.

3) Fresh fruit salad. Cut some apples, melons, oranges, pears, bananas, grapes ... any, all or whatever your favorite fruit. Add a little lemon or lime game.

4) Eggs with peppers. Egg whites are healthier than whole eggs. With a little olive oil, red pepper and green, maybe onions, black pepper. Goes well with whole wheat bread.

5) Muffins and jam. While most muffins you buy at a coffee shop or grocery store are empty carbs with lots of fat (basically, pastel), this is a delicious recipe with lots of fiber and nutrition. Cook the night before, because they are perfect in the morning (and for the next few days.) A little honey or jam and go.
