BACK IN TOWN COOKING IN "THE STILL"





here we are again. After many twists and turns coming back to the blog to announce good news.

The Sept. 30 de 19 to 21.30 give a course on Asian cuisine in The Alembic (Plaza de la EncarnaciĆ³n 2, next to the Plaza de Opera in Madrid).


intend that the course is simple and practical, an introduction to lose the fear of the cuisines of Asia. We'll see ingredients, techniques and tell some interesting facts and stories. In addition I will teach you how to cook these dishes;


- Tom Yam (Thai Shrimp Soup)

- Red Curry Chicken

- Eggplant Szechuan

- Wok Shrimp with green pepper

and secure another surprise ...
