The Sept. 30 de 19 to 21.30 give a course on Asian cuisine in The Alembic (Plaza de la Encarnación 2, next to the Plaza de Opera in Madrid).


intend that the course is simple and practical, an introduction to lose the fear of the cuisines of Asia. We'll see ingredients, techniques and tell some interesting facts and stories. In addition I will teach you how to cook these dishes;

- Eggplant Szechuan

- Wok Shrimp with green pepper
